We kindly ask you not to share detailed information about your health in the appointment form. If you voluntarily share health data in your message, this data is processed solely to respond to your request and within the scope of your explicit consent.

Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law, namely that processing is “directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,” “necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,” and “necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”; and, if you give your approval when submitting the form, on the basis of your explicit consent. Special categories of personal data are processed in accordance with Article 6 of the Law.
Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the appointment form on the website, phone, WhatsApp and email, and by automated means through the website's technical infrastructure.
Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to technology service providers whose services we use for website hosting and for form and email services and whose servers may also be located abroad; it may also be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to request compensation for damage you suffer due to unlawful processing.
Application
You can submit your requests regarding your rights, together with information that identifies you, in writing to the address above or by email. Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
